SARMs and Joint Repair: What the Clinical Evidence Actually Shows
No controlled human trial of any SARM has measured joint pain, cartilage, tendon, or ligament repair as an outcome, and the safety literature that does exist reports tendon rupture, liver injury, and other harms rather than joint benefits.
