Report an error
Tell us the page, the specific claim, and why it is wrong — a source is ideal but not required. Safety and legal-status errors are treated as urgent. Substantiated corrections are made and recorded in the public corrections log.
Submit research
If we have missed a trial, a case report, a regulatory action, or a product-analysis study, send it. Registry identifiers, DOIs and PMIDs are the fastest route to getting it recorded.
Editorial board enquiries
We are appointing a medical reviewer and a legal and regulatory reviewer. Requirements are on the editorial board page. Qualified clinicians and lawyers who want a named, credited, refusal-empowered role are welcome to make contact.
What we cannot help with
- Personal medical questions. We cannot advise on whether to take anything, at what dose, or in what combination. Speak to a doctor.
- Sourcing. We do not sell compounds and we will not tell you where to buy them.
- Vendor coverage requests. Coverage cannot be purchased or requested.
