Every substantive correction we make is recorded here — what was wrong, what it says now, and when it changed. Including the ones we would rather not advertise.

Why this page exists
Any reference that never publishes a correction is either not being read closely or not being honest. A visible log is the only way a reader can judge whether we fix things or quietly edit them.
What gets logged
Any change to a factual claim, a citation, an evidence grade, a legal status, or a safety statement. Typographical fixes and formatting changes are not logged.

Report an error
If something here is wrong, we want to know — particularly on safety and legal status, where being wrong has consequences. Send the page, the claim, and a source if you have one via the contact page. Substantiated corrections are made and logged; we will name the reporter if they want the credit.
